Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) vessels at the water treatment plant off of Houston-Mesa Road. The water department uses these to “polish” all the water the town uses to provide water to customers. Roundup readers have concerns forever chemicals or PFAS have contaminated the water supply. Tanner Henry, director of the water department told the Roundup all the different ways his department has made sure customers have safe drinking water.
